I've only read Chapter 1 to date and I'm already seeing things I didn't see before. For example, did anyone catch the author's reference to the spirits of fear, doubt & harrassment as being of the "smaller ones?" (page 12 in my book).
I also found it interesting that as Henry prayed in church, those spirits (again, referenced as "smaller" ones by the author) tried to attack him. I don't know about any of you but there were times when doubt and fear seemed gargantuan at the time. I'm thinking that I want Frank's (the author) perspective. I want to see doubt and fear as small. The more I engage my faith, the more faithful I am in prayer, the more I stand firm, doubt and fear will not only be "smaller" but they will be undetectable in my life. Come one, say it with me....Let the Redeemed of the Lord Say So!. You knew it was coming;-).
Notes:
(a) Ephesians 6:12 is the foundational scripture of the book.
(b) Let's post add'l comments for Week 1's reading as comments to this post.
